Going rate for babysitters?

New mom question here. What is the current going rate for babysitters? I need to hire someone 10 hours a week when I go back to work. We found a girl who is a nursing student with lots of experience with babies who is interested. What is a fair hourly pay these days? (We live in South Carolina)

I'm a nanny and we had agreed on 20 hours at 250. anything over is 15 and hour. 
I then helped out some friends and did 4 hours for a total of 30. 
but I also live in NH, and I'm pretty sure it's more here then in SC. 
go on like care.com or search Google for a babysitter calculator you can type in where you live, how many days/or hours.

I'm in Savannah, GA and the standard here seems to be $12 a hour, with some people willing to pay $14 if I'll do some housework or cooking and whatnot.
