I had my doctor seal the gender in an envelope. I want to know but my husband does not. If he decides he wants to know, we will open it together. If he doesn't, then it will remain sealed forever. You do what you need in order to find peace.

I feel like I would want to know. I would give it a name and I feel like that would help with closure.

It depends on whether you would like to do something like giving your baby a name (unless you go for something that can be used for a boy or girl).
People will have different opinions but if it were me I think I would regret not finding out, I think it would give me some closure.
