Cramps?

I am 6 weeks and 4 days and have been having period like cramps for a week now? They aren't really intense but they are painful enough to notice, should I be concerned? Is anyone else having these?

Heating pad or a hot water bottle has helped me get through the cramping.

I'm 8 weeks today and I've had cramps since I was I think 5 weeks. All it really is, is your uterus growing. Or what the doctor told me was you may have to pass gas or poop. (: I put a heating pad on low when I have them and it really helps. (:
