First time mom frustrated with a diaper rash that won’t go away... I’ve been able to manage it with triple paste and frequent diaper changes... however, it came back with a vengeance... my Little one is 7 weeks old and has been fighting this for most of her life... we solely use water wipes!!! I’ve also aired her bottom out when time allows (hard in the winter), dried her bottom with the cool option on my hair dryer before applying paste/diaper, I’ve tried coconut oil, breast milk, I’ve increased my intake of yogurt, I’ve tried different brands of diapers, cornstarch, etc., etc... I am watching what I eat... ugh I just want her bottom to clear up!! Anyone have any other ideas?! My heart hurts for my sweet girl. Even though she doesn’t cry during diaper changes, I know she’s uncomfortable. Help!!
