Bum workout??

Anyone got a good workout which builds your bum which they’d like to share need me a bum like Tammy hembrow?? Xx 😂🤷‍♀️

Most people say squats but the best glute builders are hip hinge movements. For ex: deadlifts, sumo deadlifts, Romanian or stiff leg deadlifts, barbell hip thrusts (best exercise ever!!) ,barbell goodmornings & back extension. And these are more leg dominant but walking barbell lunges always have my ass sore for days. Squats will build some bum but it's more of a leg builder, but hey, thick thighs save lives girl.

I workout 6 days a week and I can give you some exercises as I work my glutes 3 times a week! They have grown from doing these exercises: sumo deadlift, barbell hip thrust, Bulgarian split squat, walking lunges, hip abduction (standing, laying down or machine), hyperextensions, cable pull throughs, 45 degree kickbacks, lateral lunges, frog pumps...and I can go on! The most important part about training glutes is to actually squeeze the muscle because otherwise it will not grow and eat simple carbs afterwards.

Hip thrusts/bridges are a leg day essential! They target just your gluten. Make sure to pause and squeeze at the top of each bridge. Cable kickbacks, and cable pull throughs are also great. Squats are a given and diagonal lunges 👌🏽👌🏽

squats everyday 10in the morning 10 before u sleep and squeezing Ur bum muscles during the day ... really works as long as u keep it up and doing the squats right
