Clogged?

Weird feeling in left  breast gives me urge to massage it And it almost feels like tickley or too good like the relief like when you massage a knot in your back muscles, I have been telling my bf I feel aches in my legs and almost like I’m getting sick and I just noticed these two go together... what did it feel like when you had a clog ?

When I had a clog it hurt A LOT. Like excruciatingly painful especially when feeding. I had a lump that got red and hot to the touch. Feeding, massaging, hot showers and a hot compress before each feed helped work it out. Maybe you caught it early! Hopefully it will work itself out soon :)

Pro tip: if you do have a clog, a vibrator helps a lot! My lactation consultant suggested an electric toothbrush but I had something a bit more powerful that worked even better

It felt like severe pain in my breast. So much that I wanted to cry when anything touched it or even from holding my baby on that side. While I nursed him I rubbed what felt like a knot. Let me tell you, it was SUCH a relief when he unclogged it. It went from immense pain to tender in a matter of minutes, to pain free by the end of the day. I never had discomfort in other parts of my body at the same time like you're describing
