My wife has PCOS so the doctor said she’ll have a harder time getting pregnant. According to the app it says she ovulated two weeks ago but today she says she has a odor and some slight cramping. Period isn’t due for two more weeks. So is she ovulating now? Everything we’ve read says there can be a heightened smell during ovulation.

She also started birth control pills the day after her cycle like the doctor told her to. Kind of like a hard reset.

Any guidance or advice here?
