Hello ladies FTM here I have a 3 week old son Im so lost and depressed on trying to breast feed my son I cry every day I don’t think I’m producing enough milk I have to supplement with formula ☹️ I hate it so much.

when I breast feed he falls asleep I think he is full the min I put him dwn he cry’s and cry’s until I give him the breast again after breastfeeding for atleast 20 mins each breast he’s still crying so I have to give formula😥,also having a hard time pumping when I pump I get less than 1 oz on each breast 😢 dunno what’s going on I need advice ladies please ☹️
