Razor bumps?

I shaved everything as well as possible which means I probably went over areas 2/3 times and I’m not sure if I shaved the wrong way. Everything looked okay. The next day I had unprotected sex w my boyfriend (he pulled out). I’m not on birth control I know this is very irresponsible and mistakes have already been made. Anyways, today (two days after shaving, one day after unprotected sex) I noticed little bumps / redness in the creases towards the back of my pubic area where my thighs crease... I’m a hypochondriac and very paranoid about stds (ironic I know). HPV/ genital warts could not develop that fast right? In 24 hours or less. Someone please reassure me that it must be razor bumps😭 I exfoliated the area with the supposed razor bumps and shaved again very carefully so I could see what was going on better btw, not that it affects anything. Please help:(
