Did I ovulate super early?

Hi there. This is my first time tracking. I know I started late. I took a OPK test on cd13-cd17 and east test had a second line but got more faint. I feel like maybe I ovulated on cd8. What do you think? I’m hoping I didn’t and will happen when the app thinks so. But I dipped and spotted so now I’m confused. Thank you for any insight.
