I have a perfectly good life, but I’m just... depressed. I don’t get it.

I get this all the time, I just get told I’m being emotional and dramatic when I feel seriously depressed for no reason at all

That's how depression works. I feel sad but at the same time i feel emotionally numb??? if that's a thing???

For me I noticed its right when I’m not having a major life change for the better and then it takes forever to get out of. My fiancée is amazing with helping me ❤️❤️

I have manic depression..when I'm going through a depressive episode I can never find the reason on why I'm feeling the way I am

If you have a chemical imbalance -
It doesn’t matter if your life is 100% perfect - depression will still get to you. 
Have you been to a therapist or tried any meds?
