What's the average GPA in College?

So I really want to get into this honor society, but you need to be in the top 20% of your class to get in. What was the GPA range for top 20% at your school?

With my first semester over, I feel like I'm at the cusp with a 3.84, but honestly I have no idea.

My school divides it by class and major. So it’s different for everyone.

I think it’s probably really different from school to school, but I have a 3.77 cumulative & I’m in the top 10%.

It depends on the school. I’m in the honors society at my university and I have a 3.8 gpa. I think most universities though look for gpas of at least 3.5.
