What is an orgasm? How does it feel and how do you have one? I’m 25 and believe I’ve never had one!

If you've ever been on a roller coaster, an orgasm feels a lot like that "butterflies in your stomach" feel, except it's in the pubic area instead of the stomach. I've also heard it described as the relieved feeling your body gets when you sneeze, but minus the sneeze, and prolong the feeling. Very tingly. There are lots of different types of orgasms.  The big one - it feels like a hot rush through my whole body and amazing.  Multiples - are great and repetitive but sometimes scare me because I’ve no idea when they’ll stop.  
Try different things to find what works for you.  Try on your own so you don’t have the pressure of trying to please someone else.  Many women prefer clit stimulation. You could try a small vibrator like a bullet, a power shower or cunnilingus.  The more you orgasm the easier it is to find.   Breathing helps - don’t hold your breathe.  Relax and don’t he cross with yourself if it doesn’t happen.  It’s okay to have good sex and no orgasm.

Orgasms are a physiological response to sexual stimulus. It feels like a major release of tension, you will absolutely know once you have one.
