I've wore a menstrual cup (can't remember the brand names, they were like £15 on Amazon) for a while up until recently. they've been the only thing I could use without leaking all over the place. but in October I got the paraguard (copper iud) fitted and now I'm scared to use it. for anyone who doesn't already know menstrual cups work based on a vacuum seal. when you insert it folded it kind of pops open and makes a seal with the vaginal wall meaning the blood can only go inside the cup. they are seriously the best thing in the world ladies do a bit

research on them! but as I say I'm worried the suction from the cup with pull the iud out! any advice is helpful 😊❤
