Working out is becoming really hard!
I will be 25 weeks tomorrow and throughout this entire pregnancy I have worked out very consistently.. probably only skipping 5 or so days.. I’ve been doing beach body on demand workouts.. 30-40 min during the week and and an hour on the weekends. During the week i workout at 5:30 am before work (since I know i won’t do it in the evening after working all day and chasing after my 21 month old son!!) and starting this week I have been struggling!!! So out of breath and just everything feels so hard.. i know i am pregnant and need to give myself a break but I am having a hard time slowing down.. I need my workouts for my sanity!!
