Loss of Symptoms

Im 20 yrs old at 10 weeks n 3 days today with my 1st child... I been showing and having symptoms (sore growing boobs nausea and vomiting light cramps and etc) but today I feel nothing like all my symptoms disappeared... Doc told me to wait till the 18 week mark b4 my 1st ultrasound out of curiosity I took a hpt and it still showed positive it gave me some relief but im still over thinking it... Anybody else loss symptoms around this time and baby was okay??? 😥
