Anyone else like me?

My husband has been so rude to me all day long and tonight he asked me if we could have sex and I said no and he got grumpy. I don't feel like having sex with him when he's not treating me very nicely, is that really so wrong or weird? I know a lot of people use sex as a form of making up but it just doesn't work for me. I can't have sex with someone if I have negative feelings towards them. I know he's probably rude because we haven't had sex for a while, but as long as he keeps being rude it won't happen! I can't get in the mood to be with him when he isn't nice.
