What to do..? Need advise about a job interview..

So I applied at a clinic for a position as a business office assistant on Thursday the  14th and I feel like it went well. The lady said she wanted to have the position filled by next week (this past week) and would give me a call after her interviews(she said she was doing interviews that Thursday and Friday.) I've waited this whole past week to call and finally did this morning but she didn't answer so i left a message. Idk what to do. This is my first interview for a job in a medical office and really want/need it.  Should I go up there or wait or forget about it or what?? Really need some advise. Thank you in advance!
