Yesterday morning I started bleeding when I used the restroom and wiped and it was bright red & this was the first time it’s happened. I went and laid back down and then I started getting cramps pretty bad and bleeding more. My doctor told me to go to the closet ER.

I’m about 10-11 weeks and haven’t had an ultrasound yet. Once I got there it started getting much worse and the cramps were intensifying. I started bleeding and passing what seemed like really big clots, bigger than a quarter /:

They did a regular ultrasound and a vaginal ultrasound and couldn’t see anything, no baby or anything. My hgc was only 1,293, they checked my cervix and it was closed, so doctor said there still some hope. & I have to go back in on Friday and get hgc drawn again.. 😔 they said to remain hopeful, but right now all my hope is just gone /:
