HELP!!!!!

Hi everyone. I am 13 days late for my period. I took 2 pregnancy tests a week ago but both were negative. I am having some symptoms but not many. My periods are always normal so I’m not sure what’s going on. I have an appointment to see my doctor February 27th, but I don’t want to wait that long because I take a lot of meds due to having lupus and hypertension. If I am pregnant, I wouldn’t want the meds to potentially harm the baby. Should I take another test or wait it out?
