Having Cottage cheese discharge but with no itching, no burning, or redness. Could this still be a Yeast infection???

So I'm 24 weeks and 3 days last night me and my fiance were trying to have sex but it was just to uncomfortable for me an when he entered me it was burning so bad. This morning when I went to the restroom I had some creamy clumpy white discharge, on the tissue paper I had like a yellowish tint even though my pee was clear and a little bit of burning but it just went away all of a sudden an haven't felt anything since. Now I've had a yeast infection before an it was with extreme itching and burning. Though I haven't felt anything but just the vaginal discharge and still that yellowish tint, I tried to make a doctors appointment today but they didn't have any openings so tomorrow I have my appointment. I haven't took anything because I don't want to go and buy medicine then it turns out it wasn't a yeast infection. Mostly all I did was take a shower. Though has anyone experienced this before??? Could this be a yeast infection or something else???
