I'm learning new way too connect with my 13year old who for some reason lies about everything?!

Any Suggestions? I really love my baby I had get when I was 21 and so partying was out for me. I want this too work but I'm so affairs for our relationship, these new age kids are a lil different now a days🙇

I don’t have a 13 year old but what I do know is that people and children in particular open up more easy when they are doing fun (bonding) activities. 
Is it possible to go somewhere once a week (casually, no serious talks unless she starts)? Just having fun together and you not “pushing” her to tell you things. In a relaxed setting she maybe confides in you more easy than at home at the dinner table or in front of the tv. 
Probably not the first time but in time she could open up more and more. Ask questions, don’t judge (out loud), gain her trust, and then give advice if she asks. In time you can have more serious talks, about how you are hurt when she lies and how you appreciate her honesty. But first you have to get that “barrier” of her feeling she can’t tell the truth out of the way. 
Remember that puberty isn’t personal. You are a good mom and your child loves you. Its just a difficult fase in life (for you both).

lying about everything isn't normal. if it's causing problems I'd have the child talk to a counselor to maybe find out why they're lying so much
