Had my 12 week midwife appointment, (they put me about a week back after dating ultrasound so i am more like 11 weeks) today and feel pretty uneasy after it....I had an ultrasound at 9 weeks and they said they found a "relatively large cyst" on my right ovary and that they would be referring me to an obgyn as they dont specialize in this area as midwives. So i was a little nervous about my upcoming 12 week appointment, and today they told me that the cyst is 10 cm which seems pretty big! They also said i have a slight heart murmur which could be because of pregnancy. My midwife mentioned that if the cyst grows they might have to do surgery to remove it during my 2nd trimester. Any one have any expirience dealing with something like this? This is my 1st pregnancy and im feeling pretty worried. On a side note i did get to hear the babies heartbeat with a doppler today which made me really excited! Thanks ladies 💕
