I'm new to temping and this is my first pp and I'm bit confused... did I ovulate this month?

Answer

It’s great that you’re doing BBT and checking CF. It can help you pinpoint your O-day a little more accurately. If you are very confident on your CF, your last Fertile Day is considered your last day of egg white CF. In this chart that would be the day before your temps truly spiked. I would say keep temping and if they stay elevated you ovulated later than glow thinks you did.

Its hard to tell from the chart. I had a really crazy chart when I started because I wasnt taking my temps at the same time every morning. Bathroom trips can cause offset too. I started setting an alarm for 3am and temping and then going back to sleep to ensure I was taking it from waking from a dead sleep. It vastly improved my charts.
