Pelvis pain??

Is anyone getting horrible pelvis pain? A little lower down in the center of my hip area — whenever I cough or sneeze or move a lot! I’m 25 weeks and feeling it like crazy! Thank you!!!!

mine is right in the center of my crotch bone...it is uncomfortable almost becoming painful to change positions, sitting to standing, getting dressed, etc

Yep I do!! Mine is being managed with pregnancy compression shorts which means I can at least walk..they are called SRC shorts so have a look. I’m also seeing an Osteo and Physio to help it. Please get it looked at as there are some thing called pelvic girdle pain and SPD which I have which is more than the normal pelvic pain.

I’m 29wks 3 days and I started getting pelvis pain last week ☹️ Stretch a lot and do some squats to help work out and loosen your muscles

im almost 28 weeks and my pelvis is killing me. in so much pain i hate walking. lol

Yes! I wear a pregnancy support belly when walking long distances, like to the park with my son; my doctor recommended pilates and kegels and they have helped.
