Is this considered a period day?

My period is alwayssss 3 days. Well it is day 4 and every time I wipe when I go to the bathroom there is some blood (not a lot at all but enough) on the toilet paper. I’m not wearing a pad or anything and my underwear are still clean so it’s just when I wipe that I see the blood.  Is this considered a period day? Do I add it on my log as a 4th day on period, or no??

i’d consider it as one. you’re still bleeding even tho it’s a very small amount. tail end of your period, that’s how mine always were too. 3 days of real bleeding then 1 maybe 2 days of it tapering off. if the blood is brownish then you’re probably not actively bleeding and it’s just the rest from when you were bleeding making it’s way out.
