does anyone take protein drinks? or anything? 
im looking for something thats safe to take. im always on the run.

Yes I drink soy protein drinks.. especially when I’m not feeling up to food due to nausea.. I can usually get my protein shake down.. then I now I’m at least getting some nutrients in for baby...

Get on amazon and search for organic vegan protein powder, there’s quite a few options that are decent priced. Before you order it take a pic of the ingredients to show your dr and make sure it’s all safe :) (for example some proteins have a lot of vit a which is dangerous)

I will occasionally drink core power as it is just refined milk with nothing extra, but you should pack snacks instead. You need to get nutrition from real food not synthetic protein supplements.

I'm not a huge meat eater so I need to drink some protein shakes to get more protein in my diet. I use plant protein though and doctor said that's completely fine and safe!
