I have such bad anxiety

I have such bad anxiety. I worked for this company for 3 weeks, didn’t put it down on my resume, nor did I put it down on my background check and i have been freaking out.. I didn’t do anything illegal at this job, it’s just I suck at lying.. should I be worried it is going to show up.
