Pickles and vanilla ice cream

So I heard once that if someone was craving pickles and ice cream, that it ment that they might be pregnant. Has anyone else heard of this? because guess where I just found myself. Down stairs wandering the kitchen to discover an unlikely combination of pickles and vanilla ice cream. it didn't dawn on me untill half way though my snack... needless to say I'm now curious if this saying is true. clearly I've never been pregnant and honestly Idk if I can due to my past medical history. Has anyone who's been pregnan ever experienced this or something similar?
