Flu season...
With it being that time of year, I'm curious. FTM here... Just tonight after getting home from work, (TMI alert), I have it coming out both ends, headache, serious nausea, and shaking, I can't seem to get warm. Is it still okay for me to nurse/pump while being sick? If this is the stomach flu I don't want to give it to my 2mo. Suggestions? Input?
