She won't sleep

at daycare yesterday she refused to sleep...was up 11 hours... put down for bed, slept 30 mins...then struggled for 3 hours to put her dog... got her down at 11....woke at 1, now she has been up for 3 hours again.... I leave for work in 1 hour and she won't go back to sleep... what the fuck is going on. is there a mental leap around 13 months?!?!?!?!
