So today I’m school I went to the toilet and when I came back I was felling I need to get sick and I told the teacher could I go to the bathroom and I was feeling dizzy and my vision went blurry and I could barley hear her, I just kept on thinking I’m gonna get sick here I need to run to the toilet and when I was walking down the hall I was sweating and I saw a bright light, I didn’t end up getting sick I was just shaking. My whole body is sore and my lower back is killing me

Does anyone know what’s wrong with me, My mother won’t be home until late and I can’t go down to the doctors by myself
