Tampons to bed?

Is it safe to wear a Tampon to bed I have never worn one to bed but I really want to is it okay if I do?

You need to make sure you change it every 8 hours at minimum. I used to wear them to bed all the time before I started using a menstral cup because I get horrible reactions to pads (I can’t sit in a wet/moist environment for long like with pads). I’d just change my tampon right before bed and set an alarm for however many hours I needed depending on my flow that day. I always set an alarm no longer than 8 hours later though. I’d just get up and change it and go back to sleep. It’s like wearing it during the day as long as you change it properly.

I do and don't have any problems. I just make sure I change last thing at night first thing in the morning x

I have for 12 years and never had a problem! just make sure you change it enough. what works for me is I change it right before bed and then if I get up to pee in the middle of the night (which I usually do) I change it again and then one more time when I get up in the morning! it's perfectly safe to sleep in it!

I would not. You shouldn’t wear a tampon for longer than 6 hours at a time. If you do you risk getting TSS. They have information  about it on the box. Be careful
