Positive opk but no temp spike
I'm in my first month (week really) of ttc and tracking and I got a positive opk Monday night and Tuesday morning- but no temp spike yet to indicate ovulation- I was diagnosed with PCOS last month and am going a little crazy with how much there is to learn about it and conceiving...any advice? Should I keep using opk to see if I surge again?
