My periods are always regular and on time but this time it’s been 5 days past my period date and no period , I took a pregnancy test yesterday but I got a negative... what should I do ?😭 we’ve been ttc for the past 10 months

I was in that situation I was 2 weeks late and feeling nauseous for the past week and then AF showed up today 😔
