Boyfriend gift ideas?

My boyfriend has said many times that I don’t need a job. He can sustain us just fine, but now his birthday is coming up and I have literally no money to buy him a gift. He says he doesn’t care about his birthday but I want to get him something really nice and thoughtful. I’ve search many times for diy’s but I have none of the tools to make those types of gifts. I am pretty crafty so making something look cute even if it’s cheap is not a problem but I have no ideas for a gift at all. I was thinking about making like a little naughty picture album but I have no cute lingerie 😩 any thoughts? Please help!
