Working out 6w5d?
Hey guys I haven’t worked out in a couple of months, but know I need to do some form of exercise while pregnant, I just don’t know what. I don’t know where to start seeing as I didn’t workout before. I know it can be dangerous to start to quickly and try to do to much. Wondering if anyone else went through this? I go to the Dr Jan 22 so I’ll ask him then, but what Can I do in the meantime??
