this is on both my girls they use dreft only and are breast fed it's even on her face under her eye

I would just get it checked by the doctor to be on the safe side. My baby had something similar during the hurricane. I live in Florida and we had no AC for like 3 days due to loss of power...it was miserable and she had really bad heat rash, but it went away within days. She also gets it occasionally if she takes a skin to skin nap on me or my husband, but it goes away fairly quickly. I started putting a burp cloth in between us when she naps or sleeps on us. And she gets really hot quick so she sleeps in only a onesie or a tee shirt and pamper.

Try ALL free & clear. Or even I think a few other brands have a free & clear option too.  Kinda looks like a little rash my girl had for the first few months of her life they get them. My little one is sensitive to everything.. If you’re not sure just call your ped :)  I think she’ll be fine !
