SOS! I'm worrying like crazy!

I'm currently on my period and last night it was pretty heavy, but my vagina was REALLY itchy so I put some cream on it. I often have to put the cream on because My vagina gets itchy a lot, and most of the time nothing happens, it make me go numb 'down there' and that's it, but last night when I put it on my vagina hurt and then I just stopped bleeding all together! I'm REALLY worried. This has never, ever happened.

Please help!!!
