Any good workouts to lose baby pouch I want to get back to where I use to be the second picture does anyone know if the water trick helps I feel like giving it a try and workouts to get my body back please anything I started doing crunches and squats planks and some other things started workout yesterday want to look the way I use to be in shape again and healthy also look good for the beach this year rock a 2 piece with a baby on my side 😂
