Yay! Definitely 2 lines! You can pick up a prenatal now and start it. Call for an appointment with your OB and be ready with your last period date. Often they will schedule the appointment for around the 8 week mark, so there isn't much to do in the meantime.

Yes. Buy some vitamins and start ASAP and call to make an appointment with your obgyn. Trying for 7 months you should have started vitamins awhile ago but it will be fine.
