Pregnant after Weight Loss?

Hey ladies. Have any one of you got pregnant after you lost weight? I just turned 25 and literally have been trying to get pregnant EVERY.DAY. for 3 years with no success. My PCOS is super severe: tons of excess hair growth, seasonal(if that) periods. Ugh help me 💔

I got pregnant with my son after being put on metformin and birth control pills to regulate my cycle. I actually didn't lose any weight until after he was born. But prior to the birth control pills I went almost a year with no cycle at all, but I was regular when I came off of them for about 8 months up until I got pregnant.
