What's the possibility that I will get a positive pregnancy test today????

The last, week, week and a half, I have been feeling nauseous, tired, sore boobs and nipples, backaches, constipated, moody, haven't been sleeping well but so so tired, and last night my boyfriend said my boobs feel and look bigger!

Sooooo, if I test today could I possibly get a positive?

Also idk if it has anything to do with being pregnant, but I've noticed the bottom of my stomach is kinda hard, even after I am able to poop????
