How to get rid of it!?

I have always been on the thinner side but even at my skinniest when I was young and a size 0 I have always had what I call it as y kangaroo pouch. It's something I struggle with every day because it's where my jeans sit so it pushes it out making it look bigger. It's only the very middle part of my tummy that is my struggle. I either have to wear very high waisted pants or wear not tight shirts.

Any advice?? I am no good at the whole

Exercise and eating right thing. Any suggestions on things ?
