Help needed

My daughter will be one on the 27th and she isnt really gesturing such as pointing to what she wants, saying any new words except mum and dad. She can crawl, pull herself up and cruise along the furniture but apart from this nothing else. She can clap her hands but its only when we say clap hands and the same with waving only when prompted. Im just wondering if im being a paranoid mum or if I should be concerned. Please let me know what your one year olds are doing or not doing. Thank you
