I swear to the good Lord above that I just saw my dead father in law!! My husband and I live in the house he passed away in. His ashes are still in the house. I feel like I can feel his presence there often. I heard footsteps outside of my bathroom while I was getting ready in there today and I was all alone. Sometimes my living room TV will just randomly turn on by itself. My cats food dish was on the floor and the food everywhere this morning and my cats have never done that. They have had that dish for over a year and never spilled it once. As I left for work I sat in my car for a moment to let it warm up and I looked back at my door, through the window on it, I swear I saw him! His pale skin with rosey cheeks and nose, his large nose, his white hair and beard. He was just standing there looking at me. I put my car in reverse and drove away I was so freaked out. I can't tell my husband any of this because he will think I am crazy because he doesn't believe in things like that. I swear it was him though. I am really freaked out. I have lived there a year and never experienced anything like this before.
