Hi everyone. I’m having my period and my flow is super crazy for the first two days, think one super tampon every one to two hours. I am some lingering cramps that is quite disturbing. I have many dark blood clots so that could be part of the reason causing the cramps. I find that when I using pads only, the cramps are not as bad. But because of my flow, I use both tampons and pads.

Does anyone have experience with tampons causing cramps? Any thoughts are appreciated.
