Need Post partum weight loss tips
Has anyone tried Sharny&Julius; ? I was looking at something for post partum but not too expensive. What are good options to lose the baby weight and further? I would need an at home program; no or little equipment since I’ll be at home with baby 24/7. Side note: I have 3 herniated discs in my lower back.
