Update::: I had some weird pains again so the doctor wanted me to come again. They did a transvaginal ultrasound and confirmed I have two sacs and a yolk sac in each.

I went to the e.r on Wednesday due to some pain and sky high bp.

My hcg was 650. I had to have a redraw today to make sure it was rising and I wasn't having a miscarriage. Today, my hcg was 1630. The doctor said I had a 160% rise. They scheduled me for a scan next Thursday to check for multiples bc of my drastic rise and my progesterone being so high.

I am just wondering did anyone have levels rise like this and it ended up being twins?
