i took a pregnancy test last night and it came back positive.. i took one earlier  and it came back negative, could i still be pregnant? i spotted last week and my nipples are sore

What is the pink dye test?

Could have been an evap line on the first test. Many blue dye tests are known to give off strong evap lines. I'd use a pink dye test.  Good Luck!

I inverted the second test. I see a faint positive. Retest with a ink dye one in a day or two.
